In 1973, from my position in military communications intelligence, I had a bit of a view into how things unfolded as Salvador Allende's democratically elected government was overthrown in Chile. Nearly 30 years later, from the comfort and anonymous safety of wherever you are now, you can see both more and more clearly. I wonder, will you make the effort?
